You collect in Edinburgh, or name the carrier and the day.
Desk hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00. Mail after that, or at the weekend, is read the next working morning.
We answer the email on the form. A collection is not held open unless the reply says so.

If you are collecting, wait for the time in the email. The goods will be the cases agreed, not a range set out for browsing.
